Supporting our clients with our current software solutions

Our clients are at the centre of everything we do. We feel we offer a client experience and journey that is unprecedented in this sector. We employ dedicated product management, product development, implementation management, account management and client experience teams for each of our solutions. This ensures our clients are getting the most out of our solutions and are confident that their organisations have the transparency to drive more person centred, pro-active care and are ahead of the game by taking a more data driven approach to managing compliance.

Client feedback has helped to define the road map for each of our solutions, with our teams focused on their continuous improvement. Our clients are also helping to shape our future road map through early adopter programs, workshops, face to face site visits and internal feedback from our implementation and client experience teams.

Creating the next generation of software solutions

The expectation of software for social care is changing. Providers have told us they require more modular, data, and mobile driven solutions to meet the challenges of a highly regulated sectors. They have also told us that the software needs to be easy to use, intuitive and readily accessible. Adopting agile methodologies where software can easily be deployed for feedback on User Experience (UX) prior to being released for the wider client base, is a standard approach to ensuring end users require minimal training and effort to record and retrieve information.

The older technology used to create most existing solutions in the market makes it difficult to meet the changing needs of providers. While other vendors may update their existing software, we aim to revolutionise it by introducing integrated software services that support our core solutions and can therefore quickly pinpoint and solve market problems. In addition to advancing our current solutions, we are investing heavily in this next generation of software services to equip our clients better for the future. Our dedicated next generation product team is developing solutions to help simplify delivered services, solve the challenges faced by providers and improve the lives of the people receiving care and support.
